Wine and Gastronomy unified:

In an old building of the Barons of Coulanges, the Château du Val de Mercy a winery has been installed. With 30 ha of vineyards in the Chablis and Auxerrois region. Since 2007 the Domain also owns a winery at the Côte de Beaune in Pommard. In the village of Chitry-Le-Fort a tasting cellar has been installed to allow all tourist to taste the wine products of the Château: white wine, red wine and sparkling wine.
