The Domaine du Château du Val de Mercy is a winery in the Burgundy area. In fact the Domaine has two wineries: one in the Auxerrois (Chablis) area and another one in the Côte de Beaune (Pommard).

The wines produced by the Domain are classical and typical Burgundy wines in the french wine tradition. Here you can find Burgundy Chardonnay white wine: Chablis Premier Cru (1er Cru) as well as Chablis (Chardonnay), Petit Chablis (Chardonnay), Bourgogne Chardonnay, also a Sauvignon Blanc (St. Bris, Saint Bris) and a Bourgogne Aligoté.

In our red wine sector you can find from our winery in Pommard (Côte de Beaune, Côte d'Or) a Burgundy red wine Volnay Premier Cru (1er Cru), Volnay (Pinot Noir) , Pommard (Pinot Noir), the red wine Chorey les Beaune (auch Pinot Noir), the Burgundy Savigny les Beaune and an Auxey-Duresses. More Burgundy red wines from Pinot Noir grapes are produced in our winery in Chitry. There we produce Bourgogne Pinot Noir Coulanges-la-Vineuse (Côte de Nanteau), Bourgogne Rouge (Pinot Noir) and Irancy.
